The exam is a 100-question multiple-choice test (5 choices per questions). The test is divided into morning and afternoon sections. You are allowed 3 hours to complete 50 questions in the morning, and another 3 hours to complete 50 questions in the afternoon. In between the morning and afternoon sessions, you are allowed a one hour break (optional to use the entire one hour). The exam contains 10 beta questions which do not count towards the exam taker’s final score, however, you will not know which questions are ungraded on the day of your exam. The exam is also administered two ways:
i. Computerized (at a testing center – Prometric)
ii. Paper Based Exam. If desired, you can request to take a paper based exam (which is typically given only once a year).
